I though this is important to share. Its something that I can personally prove to be fact. Real motivation comes from autonomy, mastery and purpose like Dan puts it. There is book I read about this topic, (The Future of Management, by Gary Hamel ), that was talking about the way google, gore, and other innovative companies motivate their workers. The topic is kind of heavy and cold but business world is not using the science of motivation the way it should be using. This is a chance to change the business world a bit warmer and ultimately the world for better.
