Forks Over Knives | Awesome Documentary!
Awesome documentary that made me think my eating habits again. Unfortunately many times our motivation to take care of our own health comes after the " shit has already hit the fan" or when you get your first surgery: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronary_artery_bypass_surgery (disgusting)
But is doesn't need to be that way, you can and you should motivate your self before that!
