How to avoid makins those statements on your deathbed?

You need focus and build 4 types of elements To achieve "post traumatic growth" type of growth. tackle tiny challlenges all the time on these elements. These elements are;

1. Physical resiliance. (just do not sit still)

2. Mental resilience. ( Like snapping fingers and count 100 backwards)

3.  Emotional resilience. (look at the baby animal picture)

4. Social Resience (Shake hands and thank someone)
